I am sure there are plenty of horror stories in regards to selling your house; but this is not one of them!  My house sold in less than 3 weeks and it was such a smooth process!  Brenda knows how to do it and do it well.  She's easy going, always there to answer any questions and made the process of selling my house an easy one.  I would recommend Brenda to anyone!
